We were introduced to Gazelle Design & Marketing in the Autumn of 2010. At the time we were very dissatisfied with our website and emarketing arrangements. With dark economic clouds on the horizon, We urgently needed a fresh approach to revitalise our sales and were amenable to radical change.
Helene and her team demonstrated a strong grasp of the complexities of the hospitality business. We were  impressed by their “can do attitude” They came up some initiative ideas which impressed us. Accordingly, Gazelle were  appointed to completely redesign our website and our marketing materials. It was quite a big undertaking, but within a couple of months our Google Analytics Bounce Rate had reduced from 55% to 5% and the proportion of our direct sales have greatly increased. Needless to say, we are delighted with the results so far and look forward to a long and fruitful association.
